It is right beside gaisano capital so there are many options...
It is right beside gaisano capital so there are many options to choose from for food. Even very cheap accommodation, it still have cable TV with subscribed HBO. Price is at very affordable level. Convenience store open 24/7 just downstairs. Very good value for your money.
Too noisy at the morning when traffic starts approximately at 5-6 am. No internet but for such price you can't have everything.

Fair. No improvements.
The location is excellent. And the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was not smelly and heater works well. The bed was comfy enough.
Still no bidet, not even pail and dipper. It was my 2nd stay here but the shower was still not fixed.

It was good. No problem.safe.secure. basically a rented apartment.
Its basic. A nice room . Good bathroom. Minimart downstairs. Mall next door. Overnighter. Not to stay longer.
Reception is only security guard. One was great.one wasnt. Its not a hotel.
